By accessing and using Purchi POS software and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily use Purchi POS for personal and commercial purposes. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the software materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose without proper licensing
• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained in Purchi POS
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials

3. Service Description

Purchi POS provides a comprehensive point of sale solution including but not limited to inventory management, sales processing, customer management, reporting and analytics. The service is provided on a subscription basis with different pricing tiers.

4. Account Registration

To use certain features of Purchi POS, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

5. Payment Terms

• Subscription fees are charged monthly or annually as selected
• All payments are due in advance and are non-refundable
• Prices may change with 30 days notice
• Failed payments may result in service suspension

6. Data Security and Privacy

We take the security of your data seriously. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information about data collection and usage.

7. Service Availability

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance. We are not liable for any losses due to service interruptions.

8. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Backing up your important data
• Complying with all applicable laws and regulations
• Using the service in accordance with these terms

9. Prohibited Uses

You may not use Purchi POS:

• For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform such acts
• To violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances
• To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others
• To harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate
• To submit false or misleading information

10. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

11. Limitation of Liability

Purchi POS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the service.

12. Disclaimer

The information on this service is provided on an 'as is' basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, this Company excludes all representations, warranties, conditions and terms related to our service.

13. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that state or location.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
